SHIPPING
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Shipping typically takes around 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. After you place an order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you have any issues, please email us at contact@heyhair.co.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
We've launched our own premium package protection and tracking solution - to give you, our customers, a few options to improve the experience and easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. Learn more here.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and will accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of your purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@heyhair.co and we will issue a prepaid shipping label for all US orders. For International orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Processing time typically takes 5-7 business days after we have received your return, upon which we'll issue a credit to your original form of payment.

Orders placed using a discount code or through a seasonal promotion are not eligible for a cash refund. You may exchange for a product of equal value or receive a store credit only.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Our satisfaction guarantee applies to our entire anti-gray product line: Gray Escape™, Root Revival™, and Catalase.
Our anti-gray products work best as a proactive approach, on those who have 0-30% gray hair. If you are more than 30% gray or have white hair, you will see less substantial results. It is important to note that existing hair strands that have turned fully white indicate a complete loss of melanin in the root. These strands are unlikely to be repigmented.

If you have less than 30% gray and have consistently used heyhair anti-gray products as directed for 4 full months, and can provide before & after photos that show evidence that you have not seen any results*, please email us at contact@heyhair.co.
Please follow these guidelines for the before and after photos:
1. Your photos are taken at the same angle
2. Your hair is parted in the same way
3. The lighting is similar in all the photos
If photos do not meet this criteria, we are unable to make an accurate assessment of your progress and cannot issue a refund. If your photos show no improvement, and you have less than 30% gray hair, we will issue a one-time refund for up to 4 months of purchases.
Please note we are unable to issue refunds for products that were not purchased directly via our website.
* Results may include stronger, healthier hair and scalp, thicker and fuller hair, or a decrease in gray hair growth. Please note repigmentation is not guaranteed, as results may vary based on each user's stage of pigment loss.
